Meet Tomiwa
I'm Tomiwa, an artisan baker and founder of Bread of Life, a Leicestershire micro-bakery. I've spent years mastering the rhythm of wild yeast. First for my own family, and now for the local community. Having baked thousands of loaves and worked through every kitchen mishap imaginable, I know exactly what makes sourdough succeed in a real home kitchen. Because I bake professionally every week, I can explain what your dough is telling you; and how to fix common sourdough problems with confidence.
