Our rosemary sourdough focaccia is hand-stretched, dimpled and baked until the crust turns golden and the interior keeps a pillowy texture. Finished with quality extra-virgin olive oil, flaky sea salt, garlic and stripped rosemary, it’s a savoury favourite that’s perfect with soups, salads, cheese boards, or simply torn and dipped. Because we use a sourdough base, the focaccia has extra depth of flavour and keeps wonderfully — a great sharing bake for lunches and gatherings.
