Our sourdough cinnamon rolls are an indulgence built on good breadcraft: a naturally leavened brioche-like dough, hand-rolled with a brown sugar-cinnamon swirl, baked until tender and finished with a cream-cheese frosting (optional). The levain adds subtle depth to the sweet dough, giving the rolls a rounded, slightly tangy note that makes them feel less cloying and more grown-up. Order plain or with cream-cheese frosting.
