Crunchy, lightly, yummy granola — better with sourdough.
Our sourdough granola is a crunchy, nourishing cluster of oats, seeds and nuts that’s been gently roasted to caramelised perfection. The difference? We fold in a small amount of naturally fermented sourdough discard to add a very subtle tang and depth that helps the granola feel less sweet and more complex. Use it with yoghurt, porridge, or as a snack on its own. Packaged in resealable bags and baked in small batches to keep the crunch alive.
None at all — the workshop is designed for complete beginners, and we'll guide you through every step.
Just yourself. All tools, ingredients, and refreshments are provided. You'll go home with your shaped dough, a mature starter, a reusable banneton, and a printed recipe handbook.
Yes — get in touch at least 7 days before your workshop and we'll move you to another available session.
