Sourdough Granola Clusters

Crunchy, lightly, yummy  granola — better with sourdough.

Our sourdough granola is a crunchy, nourishing cluster of oats, seeds and nuts that’s been gently roasted to caramelised perfection. The difference? We fold in a small amount of naturally fermented sourdough discard to add a very subtle tang and depth that helps the granola feel less sweet and more complex. Use it with yoghurt, porridge, or as a snack on its own. Packaged in resealable bags and baked in small batches to keep the crunch alive.

Rolled Oats (GLUTEN), Sunflower Seeds, Pumpkin Seeds, Almonds (NUTS), Pecan (NUTS), Dried fruits, Honey, Maple Syrup, Coconut Oil, Natural Sourdough Starter (Wheat Flour, Water), Cinnamon, Sea Salt.
