This loaf combines the deep, tangy sweetness of sundried tomatoes with generous pockets of mature cheddar that melt into the crumb, creating a perfectly balanced savoury bread.

Our sourdoughs are made using traditional methods - no additives, no commercial yeast - just flour, water, salt, and natural leaven. Every loaf is shaped by hand and baked in small batches to ensure exceptional texture and flavour.
